The Perfect Gift

Is your tree looking a little bare this year?
Are you stressed about finding the perfect gift for that special someone?
Are you out of time and/or money?

Well, look no further!  I know where to find the perfect gift...you won't have to wait in any lines and it doesn't cost you a thing!   No money down, no payments for... EVER!

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God.  Ephesians 2:8

Prayers for Thomas

If you are on Facebook, I encourage you to go to my son's prayer page.  He is facing many unknowns right now and needs lots of prayer.  I believe God hears His children when we call, so I am asking for as much prayer from His children as possible!  Thank you!

Brain Hat

Are you studying the human brain in science?  If so, this is a super fun activity to do to review the functions of the human brain.  My boys had a blast making their brain hats!

The Brain Hemisphere Hat from Ellen McHenry's Basic Workshop has all of the printables and instructions you need to make your own brain hat.  Templates are available in color or black & white.

Materials needed...
  • Template
  • Printer Paper (the activity page recommends card stock, but we used regular printer paper and it worked just fine.
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Crayons or colored pencils (in case you want to color a black and white copy.)

Halloween Past

Halloween is approaching and it had me thinking back to all of the cute costumes my boys have worn over the years.  So, I thought I would share the cuteness with you!
This one is my favorite individual costume from over the years.
Mostly because it fits his personality so well and he looks so darn cute in it!

My mom always makes the boys' costumes.  She does an amazing job on them and it is definitely NOT a skill I inherited from her!

Most years we choose a theme, and with 3 boys we have come up with some cute ideas.  They are getting older now and it is more difficult to convince them to match each other, but they are still cute in their individual costumes.
